23% PCR, within the middle layers of the tube. Leaving the tubes very white, avoiding PCR contact with product

57% PCR, (bio)virgin inner-layer, EVOH protection barrier (<5%), PCR outside layer. Avoiding PCR contact with product and protection from migration.

80% PCR, (bio)virgin inner-layer. Avoiding PCR contact with product.

100% PCR.

The inside layer, that is in contact with your product, can be produced in virgin BIO material or from our pre-consumer recycled stream, which is food approved;

Q3: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?

A: Custom design color and printing usually 5000pcs, 10000pcs. We will find the best sollution for your convenience.

Q4: Can I get samples before I place the order? How long can I get them?

A: We offer FREE samples without custom processing.

Customers pay shipping cost only. Please leave your delivery info so we can quote the shipping cost, or we can use your express collected account if you have.

It usually takes about 3workdays to deliver in faster ways, and about 7workdays for slower ways.

We offer custom design samples too, with color and printing as your design. There is extra cost , which can refund if you place order.

Q5: What is your lead time for my products?

A: For avaiable mold’s products, it takes about 3-5 weeks to produce your products after details confirmation. Stocks items 5-7days ready.

Q6: Can I add my Logo on your products? Also, can you change the cap color for me?

A: Yes. We can customize your Logo printing on bottles/tubes/jars,caps color can be changed as your design. The color based on Pantone number, or you can send us the color sample.

Q7: How do you control the quality of the products?

A: To assure the high quality of the products, we do the 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing. We will send samples for your check the quality and printing and testing before production.
